Refund and cancellation policy

Payments

• Pro is ordered by email for a month or a year, Investor for a year. A plan starts once its payment is received and runs for the period paid.
• All payments are final. We do not refund a period once it has started, a partly used period, unused seats, or the difference when you move to a lower plan or a shorter period.
• A period renews only once its next payment is made. If you do not renew, the plan ends at the end of the paid period and the account continues on Free.
• The Free plan costs nothing and has nothing to refund.

Cancelling

Email [email protected] from the email address on the account, or ask the account owner to. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.

Mistakes and the law

If we charge you in error, for example twice or the wrong amount, we correct it. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that this policy does not, the law applies. Bespoke research engagements follow the terms agreed for each engagement.
