How it is built
Feasibility starts from measured comparables, not industry rules of thumb. HeatCheck selects the venues closest to the proposed site in format, price and location, reads their measured sell-through and modeled revenue, and carries the spread between them into ranges for the proposed capacity and price list. Where a comparable is not tracked yet, it is researched and added first.
