# Sauna and bathhouse revenue forecasting

> Revenue for sauna and bathhouse venues, modeled from measured sell-through and published prices, with a P10–P90 interval on every figure and forecasts that look forward from live booking pace.

*Figure (illustrative): daily revenue (GBV) of a synthetic sample week, P50 bars with P10–P90 whiskers.*

## Questions it answers

- What does a venue gross on a weekday, a weekend day and across a month?
- How much revenue does each additional point of utilization add at a given price list?
- How is revenue per open hour moving across a market and a competitive set?
- What is the plausible range of outcomes, not just a single point estimate?

## What you get

- Gross booking value (GBV) per venue per day and per month, with P10, P50 and P90 and an A–D grade.
- GBV per open hour, and the drivers behind each estimate: price mix, packages and memberships.
- Next-day revenue forecasts from the booking pace of comparable days.
- Market and borough revenue totals with intervals.
- Forward revenue scenarios for a site, an operator or a portfolio, as a research engagement.

## How it is built

Revenue is units sold times the price realized. Units sold come from measured inventory contraction at every timeslot; prices come from each venue’s posted rates, packages and memberships, each with a cited source. The uncertainty in every input is carried into a log-normal estimate, so each figure arrives with its range and grade, and market totals add venues as independent estimates. Each venue’s revenue model is versioned and proven against its own raw data.
